Freelance Visa - For Independent Professionals
Designed for specialists providing remote services to clients in the UAE. Requires proof of income and qualifications. No employer or employee sponsorship is needed. Issued through UAE free zones.
Golden Visa - Long Term Work Visa for Experts
Available to highly qualified professionals, scientists, healthcare specialists, IT experts, and distinguished figures in the arts. Offers a residence permit for up to 10 years and allows family sponsorship.

Who Is Eligible and What You Need to Apply
Eligibility

Foreign nationals aged 18 to 50 who have received an official job offer from a licensed employer in the UAE. The employer is responsible for submitting and overseeing the application process.
